[摘要]目的:建立计算机对X线头颅定位侧位片的自动识别系统。方法:针对X线头颅定位侧位片图像的特征,采用图像处理技术来提取图像的软组织、硬组织轮廓和图像内部的某些轮廓,用区域生长、曲线拟合等方法来确定各标志点。结果:提取了头颅定位侧位片的软组织和硬组织轮廓曲线和图像内部的某些特征曲线,在此基础上确定了头影测量的标志点20个,初步建立了X线头影测量计算机自动识别系统。结论:能提取出头影测量所需要的大部分标志点,为建立全自动计算机头影测量分析系统奠定基础。

Computerized automatic recognition system of cephalometry

Abstract: Objective To establish a computerized automatic recognition system of cephalometry. Methods Image processing technique was used to get the contour of soft tissue and hard tissue. The landmarks were made later by means of region forming, curve fitting, etc. Results The contour of soft tissue and hard tissue and some typical curves were successfully taken, and 20 cephalometrical landmarks were identified. Conclusion Most of the cephalometrical landmarks can be identified successfully, which lays a foundation for the establishment of computerized automatic analysis system of cephalometry.
