[摘要]目的：介绍小口畸形的常见病因及采用口角开大术矫正小口畸形的经验。 方法：对59例小口畸形病例，采用口角开大术及红唇粘膜瓣转移再造新口角。结果：本组59例小口畸形均获得满意的效果，可以满足口腔疾病的诊治及日常生活需要。 结论：采用口角开大术及应用红唇粘膜组织瓣转移术矫正小口畸形，可形成接近正常解剖形态的圆弧形口角。

Cause of microstomia and the experience of correction of microstomia

Abstract： Objective To introduce the cause of the microstomia and the experience of applying of elongation of the oral fissure to correct the microstomia. Methods Applied elongation of the oral fissure combined with vermilion mucosal flap transplated in 59 cases. Results In 59 cases of microstomia, the satisfactory result were harvested, it can fulfill the diagnose and treatment of oral diseases, and the needs of daily life. Conclusion To correct the microstomia by the elongation of the oral fissure and the transfer of the vermilion mucosal flap,the reconstructed oral fissure approximate anatomical appearance.
