[摘要]目的: 探讨快速成型技术制成的三维模型在颅颌面外科中陈旧性骨折中的应用。方法:采用美国Imatron公司的电子束CT(electron beam CT,EBCT)C-150,对11例严重的陈旧性颅颌面骨折病人进行薄层CT容积扫描。将所获得CT图像数据在Allegro工作站进行快速成型制成头颅的三维模型。并对其进行手术设计,模拟手术,开展模型外科工作。结果: EBCT可以快速、立体、准确的显示骨折部位的三维解剖结构,头模可准确再现骨折的真实情况,该方法简化了手术步骤,提高了手术效果。结论: 快速成型技术制备的头颅模型是诊断和治疗严重的陈旧性颅颌面骨折的有价值的辅助手段。

Application of three-dimensional skull model of jaw bone out moded fracture in clinic

Abstract: Objective Discussing three-dimensional skull model of jaw bone out moded fracture by fast shaping technique application in the cranio-maxillo-facial surgery. Methods Electron beam CT c-150(Imatron company) were applied to 11 patients with severe jaw bone out moded fracture.The CT data were changed in Allegro workstationand into three-dimensional skull models.We designed surgery,gived model surgery on them. Results Three-dimensional anatomic structure of the fracture could be showed clearly,accurately and fast by EBCT.The actual situation on the fracture part could be reappearance exactly by the skull model.The method simplified the surgery and elevated the results. Conclusion Skull models prepared with fast shaping technique is a valuable assistant method to diagnose and treat the severe bone out moded fracture in cranio-maxillo-facial surgery.
