[摘要]目的：观察耳穴贴压联合教育干预等综合措施减肥的效果。方法：对145例单纯性肥胖患者用中药王不留行籽贴压一侧耳廓所选穴位，每周换贴另一侧耳廓并测量体重，12周为一个疗程。在每次换贴时均给予患者心理和行为的教育指导，观察所绘体重曲线图的走向。结果：145例患者中体重减轻>5.0kg共58例（40％），体重减轻1.5～5.0kg共83例（57.2％），体重减轻<1.5kg共4例（2.7％）。结论：耳穴贴压联合教育干预能有效治疗单纯性肥胖症。

Ear point press united with education intervention in weight relief for obesity

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of ear point press united with education intervention in weight relief. Methods The traditional Chinese medicine-cowherb seeds were used to press selected point of one side external ear, change to another side each week and measure body weight when changing patch for 145 simples obesity patients. A course of treatment was 12 weeks. The patients were give psychological and behavior education intervention when changing patch, and the tendency of weight curves were observed. Results 58 cases were reduced more than 5kg (40%)in body weight, 83 cases were reduced more than 1.5-5kg(57.2%), 4 cases were reduced less than 1.5kg(2.7%). Conclusion Ear point press united with psychological and behavior education intervention can reduce weight effectively.
