青少年心理行为倾向对正畸托槽脱落率的影响 齿科美容

　　[摘要]目的：探讨青少年心理行为倾向对正畸托槽脱落率的影响，以便采取相应的措施，降低托槽的脱落率，提高正畸治疗效果。方法：调查200例患者的心理行为倾向，研究内向与羞怯、紧张与焦虑、自我控制力的不同程度对托槽脱落率的影响。结果：经统计学分析，各组之间均有显著性差异，托槽的脱落与各种性格类型之间存在一定的关系。内向、羞怯的患者托槽脱落率低，紧张焦虑和自我控制力较弱的患者托槽脱落率高。结论：青少年心理行为倾向对正畸治疗中的托槽脱落率有一定的影响。

　　Abstract:  Objective  To research the influence of the adolescents′psychological behavior disposition to orthodontic brackets bond failure in order to take corresponding measures to decrease brackets bond failure,increase the therapeutic efficacy and shorten the course.  Methods There were 200 patients to be investigated.These patients were divided into three groups accoding to the results of psychological behavior questionnaire. Results According to statistic analysis, there is significant difference among each group, there is certain relation between brackets bond failure and various kinds of Characters.The brackets of introversive and sleepish patiens are not likely to lose,while the brackets of nervous and anxious patients are likely to lose. Conclusion  The brackets bond failureis affected by many various agents.
