[摘要]目的:研究氧化锆支架材料与临床常用瓷烧结情况,选择能与其配合的瓷材料作为饰瓷。材料和方法:选用Vita VMK95、Vita In-Ceram Alumina、Vitadur Alpha等临床常用瓷材料,通过粉浆涂塑法与成品氧化锆支架材料进行烧结,通过肉眼观察、SEM、能谱分析等方法研究其烧结情况。结果:氧化锆陶瓷支架材料经1 550℃完全烧结以及1 400℃不完全烧结后,与Vita VMK95体瓷均无法烧结,在有遮色瓷存在的情况下,烧结情况有所好转,但结合强度仍然明显不足;与Vita In-Ceram Alumina瓷也不能达到良好的结合;与Vitadur Alpha 瓷均能达到较为良好的烧结效果,存在化学结合。结论:Vitadur Alpha 瓷能够与氧化锆陶瓷支架材料匹配,可以作为饰瓷材料进行进一步临床研究。

Research on the sintering properties of three kinds of dental porcelain systems and dental zirconia bridge material

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the sintering properties of three kinds of dental porcelain system and dental zirconia bridge material. Material and Methods Three kinds of dental porcelain systems as Vita VMK95 opaque, Vita VMK95 dentin with opaque, Vita In-Ceram Alumina, Vitadur Alpha were sintered on the surface of presintered zirconia ceramic plate under respective procedure.SEM and energy spectrum analysis were applied to evaluate the sintering properties of such interfaces. Results No satisfying result was obtained in Vita VMK95 opaque, Vita VMK95 dentin with opaque or Vita In-Ceram Alumina sintered on the Zirconia bridge material under different sin-tering temperatures, while Vitadur Alpha and zirconia bridge material could acquire good result,furthermore, chemi-cal combination between thus two lamina were confirmed by means of Energy spectrum analysis. Conclusion Further clinical research could be carried out on Vitadur Alpha and Zirconia ceramic bridge.
