[摘要]目的:观察GMD矫治器在治疗安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合 畸形时,推磨牙向远中的疗效。方法:20例安氏Ⅱ类牙源性错牙合 畸形的非拔牙病例,用GMD矫治器颊舌侧同时推双侧磨牙向远中,力值各约0.03kg,以Nance腭托和前牙作为支抗,采用模型测量、头影测量分析观察其疗效。结果:20例患者运用GMD矫治器治疗后,均获得了所需间隙,平均疗程4.3个月,其中最大间隙8.5mm,最小4mm,平均约5.8mm(P<0.001)。矫治前后第一磨牙和第一前磨牙倾斜变化不大(P>0.05),而切牙出现唇倾,平均3.2°(P<0.05)。结论:GMD技术能够快速、有效地推上颌磨牙向远中,移动方式基本上为整体移动。

The clinical application of green field molar distalization(GMD)

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Green field Molar Distalization(GMD)appliance on classⅡmalocclusion treatment. Methods The clinical effect of both sides maxillary molars distalization of twenty nonex-traction cases was observed by model and cephalometric measurement before and after treatment by GMD appli-ance (force 0.03kg). A Ni-Ti coil spring was used and 0.03kg distal force was applied. The anchorage unit was a Nance button and incisors. Results All cases molars were distalized successfully. The duration of treatment was 4.3 months on average. The distance of molar distalization was 5.8mm on average. Mesial tipping of the first premolars and distal tipping of the first molars was not significant (P >0.05),while the protrusion of incisors was 3.8 degrees on average(P<0.05). Conclusion GMD technique could bodily distalize maxillary molars quickly and effectively.
