[摘要]目的：评价一种重建前牙切道和覆牙合 覆盖关系的简单方法，在上颌前部美容性烤瓷冠修复中的应用效果。方法：选择因四环素牙或氟斑牙等原因需要对上颌前部所有牙行美容性烤瓷冠修复的患者28例，在修复时采用分步法预备，并利用临时冠记录和转移修复前的切道和覆牙合 覆盖关系。结果：28例患者完全重建修复前的切道和覆牙合 覆盖关系，患者主观感觉良好，一年后效果稳定。结论：在上颌前部美容性烤瓷冠修复中，依靠临时冠保持了原来的切道和覆牙合 覆盖关系，取得了良好的修复效果。

Maintaining original incisal path and overlap && overbite relation in maxillary frontal PFM cosmetic prostheses

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the result of a simple method of rehabilitating incisal path and overlap && overbite relation in maxillary frontal cosmetic PFM prostheses. Methods 28 patients were chosen who suffered from tetracycline pigmentation teeth or dental fluorosis. Their maxillary frontal teeth were changed looks with PFM prostheses. The teeth were prepared step by step. The original incisal paths and overlap && overbite relations were recorded and transmitted by temporary crowns. Results All patients′incisal paths and overlap && overbite relations were the same as before. The patients felt well and the results were stable after 1 year. Conclusion The original incisal path and overlap && overbite relation can be maintained by temporary crowns in maxillary frontal cosmetic PFM prostheses. Thus, a good clinical result can be gained.
