[摘要]目的：笔者以烤瓷熔附金属全冠对17例成人前牙排列不齐的病例进行了治疗分析，以期获得对此类疾病的最佳美容修复效果。 方法：对患牙及基牙进行制备处理，通过烤瓷熔附金属全冠的修复方法，恢复患者前牙整齐排列等美观效果。 结果：经过治疗，前牙的色泽及排列等问题都获得了较大的改善。结论：该方法治疗时间短，效果良好，适于成年人前牙美容治疗的永久修复。

Aesthetic treatment for malposed anterior teeth by porcelain-fused to-metal(pfm) crown

Abstract: Objective In order to get the best aesthetic effect by procelain-fused to metal(PFM)crown, 17 cases of malposed anterior teeth were analyzed on the adults. Methods In this experiment, 17 patients accepted the PFM restorations to change the color, arrangement and form of the anterior teeth. Results After the treatments, the appearance of all the paitents got improvement. Conclusion The course of treatment is short, and a good curative effect can be got, the PFM restoration is a suitable kind of permanent restoration for malposed anterior teeth of adults.
