[摘要]目的：评价Beyond冷光美白仪漂白变色牙的疗效和安全性。方法：用Beyond冷光美白仪及配套的冷光美白剂对40例变色牙患者进行漂白牙治疗，并于美白术前、术后即刻、6天、2个月、6个月时分别对牙齿测色，分析脱色效果。同时进行不良反应观察。结果：对生理性变色牙、轻度四环素牙、外因性变色牙美白效果显著，中度四环素牙有较明显疗效，而重度四环素牙在3次以上治疗后，才有可能获得一定的牙色改变，所有病例均无严重不良反应发生。结论：Beyond冷光美白仪对变色牙的美白效果好、安全、快捷。

The clinic effect of Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit on treating discolored teeth

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit on bleaching discolored teeth. Methods 40 patients with discolored teeth were treated with Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit, and the teeth color were evaluated before, just after, six days after, two months after, and six months after the whitening operations. In the mean time, adverse reactions were observed. Results physiological yellow teeth, mild tetracycline stained teeth and exogenous pigment stained teeth could be whiten obviously, moderate tetracycline stained teeth could be well whiten too,but severe tetracycline stained teeth had to be treated two or there times to gain satisfying results by Beyond kit.No serious adverse reaction occurred with Beyond kit treatment. Conclusion Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit was proved to be an effective, safe and quick method on discolored teeth bleaching.
