树脂粘结剂对IPS Empress I铸瓷贴面修复颜色的影响 齿科美容

　　[摘要]目的：评价树脂粘结剂粘结后IPS Empress I铸瓷贴面颜色的变化趋势。方法：选择前牙为四环素变色牙、氟斑牙及死髓变色牙的患牙181颗，采用IPS Empress I铸瓷贴面修复并用测色仪测色，对修复后颜色变化趋势进行评价。结果：树脂粘结剂粘结后的瓷贴面与对照牙及比色板间颜色均有明显差异。结论：树脂粘结剂对IPS Empress I铸瓷贴面的颜色有显著影响，提示可尝试通过调配不同比例不同颜色的树脂粘结剂来调节瓷贴面修复的效果。

　　　　　The influence of resin cement on the color of IPS-empress I ceramic veneer

　　Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the color tendency of cemented IPS Empress I leucite-reinforced ceramic veneer. Methods Shofu Shade Eye colorimeter was used to get the color coordinates (CIEL*a*b*). Unprepared teeth, the contralateral teeth, veneer on the teeth without try-in paste, selected shade tab and 181 cemented Empress ceramic veneer were measured directly.The results were statistically analyzed.   Results  The color of cemented veneers was evidently different with that of the contralateral teeth and selected tab.  Conclusion  Cement resin affects the color of IPS Empress I leucite-reinforced ceramic veneer obviously.It suggested that we could change the color of veneer restoration in the clinical practice by adjusting resin cement with different color in different ratio or staining the veneer.
