[摘要]目的:研究西安地区安氏Ⅰ类错牙合 成人与国内美貌人群颅颌面形态结构的差异。方法:从西安市11所大学2098名新生中选取符合标准的101名安氏Ⅰ类错牙合 样本,男53名、女48名。拍摄头颅定位X线片,用第四军医大学口腔医学院头影测量软件测量,将测量结果与国内美貌人群颅颌面的相应数值进行比较分析。结果:与美貌人群比较,西安地区安氏Ⅰ类错牙合 成人呈现:①下中切牙、牙合 平面及腭平面倾斜度均大,而下颌突度及上中切牙相对HP平面的倾斜度则较小;②在前面部垂直线距方面,西安地区安氏Ⅰ类错牙合 成人没有美貌人群发育好,尤其是面下1/3不够丰满;各项测量均值的标准差均大,并且越接近面下1/3变异也越大。结论:与美貌人群相比,西安地区安氏Ⅰ类错牙合 成人颅面结构呈现下颌在矢状方向与垂直方向发育欠佳的特点。

Compared the differences of the facial profile between the good-looking people in China and the adults in Xi'an with Angle's ClassⅠmalocclusion

Abstract: Objective To investigate the differences of the facial profile between the good-looking people in China and the adults in Xi'an with Angle's ClassⅠmalocclusion. Methods 101 samples with Angle's ClassⅠmalocclusion were selected from 2098 university new students. They contained 53 males and 48 females.X ray cephalometric films were photographed and analysed by the measurement software of stomatological hospital , the Fourth Military Medical University. And the measurement results were compared with that of the good-looking people in China. Results Compared with the good-looking people in China, the adults with Angle's ClassⅠmalocclusion in Xi'an had more inclined lower central incisors、occlusion plane and palate plane. The mandible position was a little more backward than that of the good-looking people. The vertical line measurements of the front face indicated that they were smaller than those of the beauty along with large standard difference between individuals. Conclusion The adults with Angle's ClassⅠ malocclusion in Xi'an had an ill-developed mandible on sagittal and vertical directions.
